Hospital operator passionate about high quality care, innovative services with nationwide reach in the USA, is looking for an administrative assistant.

This person will be responsible for the administrative operation for the department and executive administrative support for the Vice Presidents of the company 

EDUCATION, SKILL, EXPERIENCE OR SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  

• 5 years minimum administrative experience required

• Proven written and communication skills.  

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.  

• Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified and high volume workload

• Must be able to work in a high stress setting and maintain confidentiality on all private or sensitive matters.  

• Must be able to work well and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.  

• Must have knowledge of Information Technology terms and operations.

We are looking for someone with *Advanced English* for the relationship that he or she are going to have

Salary $5.000.000 - $7.000.000 COP
