We are looking for a creative, strategic, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, engages deeply with online communities, and knows how to create compelling content that drives interaction and builds brand loyalty. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok to grow our online presence and engage with our audience.

• Content Creation and Curation: Produce original, high-quality content (text, images, videos, stories) tailored to each platform. Stay consistent with brand voice and aesthetics while staying creative and fresh.

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and foster a positive and interactive community around our brand.

• Monitor Trends and Stay Current: Stay on top of social media trends, viral content, and new features across platforms. Leverage trending topics and opportunities to keep the brand relevant.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns and initiatives that align with larger marketing eKorts. Use data and insights to measure success and refine strategies.

• Track and Report Metrics: Use analytics tools to track performance, monitor engagement, and measure the success of posts and campaigns. Provide regular reports and adjust strategies as needed based on data.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing strategies across all channels.

• Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with the brand’s mission to grow reach and credibility.
